Cancellations by registrants within 30 days of the workshop are non-refundable, substitutes are acceptable. Cancellations by registrants more than 30 days before the workshop incur a 25% cancellation fee.

GMP Training Systems reserves the right to cancel any workshop at its sole discretion, whereupon all registration fees will be refunded. GMP Training Systems will not be responsible for airfare penalties or other costs incurred due to a cancellation.
